Superior Forge & Steel is located on 35 acres with over 50,000 square meters under roof. Our primary product is forged hardened steel rolls for hot and cold rolling of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Work and backup rolls can be furnished up to 1625 mm in diameter with finish weights in excess of 70,000 kilograms. Other products and services available include commercial ingots, specialty forging, heat treatment, and machining.
We have refurbished and retrofitted our facility with state of the art equipment to ensure consistent products tailored to meet your specific requirements.
Quality assurance, from raw material purchases to final machining, is maintained by rigid SPC and SQC programs coupled with formal training of all personnel. Each step of the manufacturing process is verified to document Superior’s ability to meet our internal standards which are more stringent than typical industry standards.
