Xuzhou Rothe Erde Slewing Bearing Co., Ltd. (XREB) is a joint venture company, established in May 2002, between ThyssenKrupp Rothe Erde of German ThyssenKrupp Group (ThyssenKrupp) and Xuzhou Construction and Machinery Group (XCMG). The German Party holds 60% of the shares and the Chinese Party holds 40%. XREB is specialized in slewing bearing and industrial steel ball production and sales, and the products are widely used in various fields, such as construction machineries, wind-power generators, port cranes, offshore platforms, metallurgical and mining equipments, medical CT scanners. First-class design, exquisite craftsmanship and reliable quality management system make it possible that XREB's bearing products are desired by our customers.
XREB introduced not only the latest design and manufacturing technology from ThyssenKrupp Rothe Erde, but also the corresponding quality assurance system, as well as other advanced management and control methods. While applying the ERP management system in the company, XREB absorbed useful experiences from sister companies worldwide and successfully introduced SAP modules into finance, procurement and sales, materials management and production areas. More and more employees have identified themselves with our cultural slogan of "There is no Best, only Better".Steel ball plant produces steel balls not only for the company's own slewing bearing usage, but also for ThyssenKrupp Rothe Erde group plants worldwide. The main raw materials for slewing bearing production, i.e. forged rings, are mainly purchased from our sister company located in the same city (XREM), a company wholly owned by ThyssenKrupp Rothe Erde.
